Update v0.3 character animation

I have drawn player equipment and weapons in main game and put some in demo.

What new

- Character equipment stat buff and elemental resistance system. Currently cannot change equipment.

- Character animation.

- Monster scan system. To reveal monster weakness, you need to use scan skill on it. Now you can view scanned monster info at any time.

- Dialog, like any RPG game. Currently only status tip.
